Hey folks! Normally, today we'd be posting our Winner Announcement post for the
previous challenge. Unfortunately, as I have previously mentioned, there were no entries in
Challenge #43. As such, there will be no Winner Announcement nor will there be a DT Delight's post this coming Sunday.
There is still a week left to enter into our current challenge and I hope
that more of you will be able to join. The theme is Blessings and it is the perfect theme for this time of year. You
can find all the details you need to enter Challenge #44 by clicking HERE.
Enjoy the rest of this holiday week!

Ponderings Along the Pathway...BLESSINGS
Welcome to this month's edition of Ponderings Along the Pathway, an exclusive feature over here on the Path of Positivity. The purpose of this column is to continue with the goal of this blog which is to create a space "designed to inspire, nurture and provide support for the soul by creating a positive path to follow, one project or post at a time". Providing some motivational introspection on the themes we cover each challenge period is one way of achieving this goal.
This month it is all about BLESSINGS and PAT is here to share her thoughts on the subject...
This month it is all about BLESSINGS and PAT is here to share her thoughts on the subject...
My dad always said that we were part Irish - our big toes! He meant that there was just a smidge of Irish in me and my sisters. Taking my Irish heritage to heart, I've made a list of Irish Blessings (and a few holiday ones) for you this month. May you find one that fills your heart with love and thankfulness, recognizing your own personal blessings. Happy Holidays!
A sunbeam to warm you,
A moonbeam to charm you,
A sheltering angel, so nothing can harm you.
May the sun shine, all day long,
everything go right, and nothing wrong.
May those you love bring love back to you,
and may all the wishes you wish come true!
May the holes in your net be no larger than the fish in it.
May the lights of Hanukkah usher in
a better world for all humankind.
May you have warm words on a cool evening, a full moon on a dark night,
and a smooth road all the way to your door.
May your thoughts be as glad as the shamrocks
May your heart be as light as a song
May each day bring you bright
Happy hours that stay with you all the year long.
As you slide down the banister of life,
may the splinters never point your way.
May you always have walls for the winds,
a roof for the rain, tea beside the fire,
laughter to cheer you, those you love near you,
and all your heart might desire.
Blessed is the match consumed in kindling flame
Blessed is the flame that burns in the secret fastness of the heart
~Hannah Senesh
May you always have work for your hands to do.
May your pockets hold always a coin or two.
May the sun shine bright on your windowpane.
May the rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you.
And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.
May your pockets be heavy and your heart be light,
May good luck pursue you each morning and night.
May flowers always line your path and sunshine light your day.
May songbirds serenade you every step along the way.
May a rainbow run beside you in a sky that's always blue.
And may happiness fill your heart each day your whole life through.
May Peace be your gift at Christmas,
and your blessing all year through!

Challenge #44--BLESSINGS...Midway
Hello everyone! It is time to get on with the midway for Challenge #44. The theme for this challenge is BLESSINGS. This time of year blessings abound; so, it is the perfect month to create a card and
show those around you how truly blessed you are to have them in your life.
Let's see how the team has interpreted this concept as we get on with our midway!
Jars of Cheer
To help inspire you down the path of BLESSINGS, check out the wonderful projects most of my Design Team had the opportunity to create. Clicking on the team members' name will take you to their blog where you can check out the details for their inspirational creations...
So if you haven't entered already, what are you waiting for? Create a project and/or post that is
positive AND relates to the idea of blessings, provide an explanation of how your
project and/or post relates to the theme somewhere in your post or come
over and leave a comment with the explanation. Easy, peasy! You can enter our latest challenge by clicking HERE.
Also, I know that the participants would love for you to go and pay them a visit. Remember we're creating a Path of Positivity to follow one project at a time and we'd love to see you somewhere on that route even if it is just by leaving a comment on an entry from someone who has touched you somehow with their project and/or post!
If you are new to this unique challenge, you can find out the impetus behind why I started it under the 'Introductions' tab and all the details you need to know in order to participate, in the 'Challenge Details' tab (both tabs located at the top of the blog).

Challenge #43 NO Top Picks Reminder
Hey folks! Normally, today we'd be posting our Top Picks post for the previous challenge. Unfortunately, there wasn't a single entry in Challenge #43. I do have to admit that I was rather surprised. With it being Thanksgiving in the US and the theme being Appreciation, I was sure that we'd get at least a few entries but alas that wasn't the case. This is the first time since this challenge blog started that we have had no entries in a challenge. 😢
Thankfully, we have two entries into our current challenge and I hope that more of you will be able to join as well. The theme is Blessings and with Christmas just ahead, it is the perfect theme for the season. You can find all the details you need to enter Challenge #44 by clicking HERE.
I will be back next Monday with the midway for this challenge and I hope you'll join us again then.

Challenge #44--BLESSINGS...December 5th to January 1st
Hello everyone! It
is the first Monday in December and it is time for the
next challenge to start. This time around, for Challenge #44, the theme is
"BLESSINGS". Show us your interpretation of what blessings means to
you. You can make any sort of project and/or post as long as it is positive
in nature and relates to the theme.
We are surrounded by blessings both big and small. Those fortunate enough to have a roof over their heads, food on their tables, friends and family to share it with and good health to enjoy it all, are truly blessed indeed. This is also a time of year when we count our blessings, think of the sacrifices made by others and begin to immerse ourselves in the holiday season--a very blessed time of year.
This month, think of all the family and friends whom you are blessed to have in your life. How about sending them a card to let them know. For anyone who has had a child come into their lives recently, that is definitely a blessed occasion that deserves being recognized. For those that celebrate the holidays, Christmas blessings abound, so why not send a Christmas card that touches on the blessings of the season. As usual my team, has come up with some interesting ideas so be sure to pop over to their blogs and see how their creations connect with the concept of this challenge. What direction will you go in? Whatever approach you take, we look forward to seeing your interpretation on this month's theme.
Don't forget when you link up your project and/or post, to please leave a comment letting us know how your creation relates to the concept of blessings if it isn't readily clear within the design itself or clearly written somewhere else in your post. Remember, the creation must be positive/inspirational/motivational AND adhere to the theme of blessings in order to be considered eligible for this month's prizes. While you may easily see how blessings relates to your creation, it may not be as apparent to me or the DT members. That is why we ask that you clarify it somewhere, whether here or in your blogpost. You can simply write a sentence at the bottom of your post next to the link up for this challenge, if it would be easier. We just need to know how your project ties into the theme. Letting us know, clears up any ambiguity that may exist.
First up is Imagine That! Digistamp™. Here is a refresher of what Kristy's company is all about...
Next, that brings us to our second sponsor--ME--Décosse's Dynamite Doodles. Here is a refresher on what my design company is about...
I've included previews of the sets that team members used elements of for their designs.
Pat also used a paper from the following set...
