The People Have Spoken: Winners From Challenge #31

Hello and happy Monday.  It is time to announce the winners from Challenge #31.  We have had another tie for the Voter's Choice this month.  Interestingly enough, one of those ladies was also chosen by the team as the Most Inspiring Choice and the other of these two ladies won the random prize.  Maybe this month's theme should have been 'luck' instead? ;)  Who are all the lucky winners?
