Hello everyone and welcome
to the Path of
Positivity Challenge Blog! It is the first Monday
of the
month and it is time for our latest challenge to begin! We hope that you
and your families continue to stay healthy. It is crazy to think that Christmas and other December holidays will be here in the blink of an eye!
Apologies that I still haven't had the chance to post the last winner announcement. I had the opportunity to go and visit my parents for the first time in two years at the end of November and instead of our scheduled four days we ended up staying six days. I've experienced a lot of stress these past few years worrying about my parents as both have been in and out of the hospital. I'm afraid that things will continue to be a little wonky with posting because now my dad is back in the hospital after another bad fall AND he has been diagnosed with Covid. My thoughts are focused on worrying about him and my mother alone at home; as such, my posting might be somewhat erratic over this next month. Just wanted to give you a heads up.
Since we are not your typical challenge blog, it is important for you to
understand how things work in order to be sure you are eligible to win
any of the prizes offered. If
you are new to this unique challenge, you can find out the impetus
behind why I started it under the 'Introductions' tab and you can find out all the details you need to know in order to participate, in the 'Challenge Details'
tab (both tabs located at the top of the blog). For your convenience, a
summary of the most important rules can also be found in the right
sidebar under the heading 'General Rules'.
Right now, it is time to get down to the business of our latest challenge. Here is what you need to know...
Challenge #97
Optional Twist:
GIVE/HELP Others
As we continue this year's goal to encourage you to usher more positivity into your life, this month we want you to design a creation that focuses on GIVING TO or HELPING OTHERS. A giving heart is a joyful, Positive heart. With the holiday season upon us, it is the perfect time to reflect on things and see what we might be able to give to others, or perhaps look at ways we could provide assistance to others. This could include the obvious gift giving aspect or one might choose to go with a ‘thinking of you’ or charity sort of idea. This month, may you find ways to GIVE AND/OR HELP others in your effort to continue walking the Path of Positivity.
In order to be considered eligible for this
month's prizes, remember that general types of projects/posts will not
qualify for the prizes UNLESS they are also positive, inspirational,
motivational or encouraging in some nature. Additionally, even if a project may qualify as positive, if your post
promotes negativity, hatred or anything of an abhorrent nature, your
project will be disqualified. Prizes this month include:

Talking of our guest sponsor...
We are very pleased to have All Dressed Up Stamps join us as this month's guest sponsor. It is time for us to refresh ourselves with the details of this wonderful company!Hi, my name’s Wendy, founder of All Dressed Up. I live in Nottingham UK with my husband and two children (my inspiration behind the characters) - in particular, my daughter who has kept me up-to-date with trends and all things digital. Day to day, I work as a textile designer working traditionally within childrenswear, fashion and interiors. Although my work is mostly digital, my work process remains hand-drawn which I hope comes across in my artwork.
All Dressed Up was created in 2013 as a place to share my digital stamps which back then was a whole new challenge for me. Since, I’ve been lucky to have discovered a whole creative community and welcomed the All Dressed Up design team who have been amazing to work with. Through our online community and Instagram, the team keep me on my toes to keep on drawing, creating and inspiring. My favourite thing is seeing how my characters are continually given brand new personalities!
On our Facebook and Instagram page we host regular tutorials, challenges (and freebies!) and is the real heart of our community. The stamps are available from the All Dressed Up Etsy shop which is continually updated on a monthly basis with lots of limited edition and seasonal stamps available in particular.
The All Dressed Up community is a friendly bunch (if I do say so myself!) and we would love for you to get involved, see your work and for you to share your stamping tips too! Do get in contact and be sure to visit our Facebook and Instagram pages to see what we’re creating at the moment.

My wonderful design team continues to outdo themselves time and time again! They each have their own style and clever interpretation of the twist. Even after all this time, I continue to be astounded by the scope of greatness in their work! Each of these artful conceptions has showcased the notion of GIVING orHELPING Others exceptionally and I hope we have inspired you. Be sure to go and visit each team member so you can see how her project further connects to the twist.
So what are you waiting for? Create a project and/or post that is positive, inspirational, motivational or encouraging in some nature and join our link up. How about stretching yourself by also opting to follow the twist?! While it isn't mandatory, we'd also love to find out how this month's twist affects your own life. What do you do to GIVE to or HELP Others? Do you volunteer your time? Do you donate to various organizations? The holiday season is the perfect time to get into the habit of GIVING TO or HELPING Others. This month, think about how you can best do that with your own time and resources. If you'd like to tell us how you GIVE/HELP Others, we'd love to hear it. You can write a sentence or two in the body of your post, write a sentence at the bottom of your post next to the link up for this challenge, or simply leave a comment on this post if you'd like. Finally, remember that we're trying to create a Path of Positivity so if you have some time, please visit other people participating throughout the month.
I hope to see you back next week when voting will [hopefully] begin on the Top Picks for Challenge #96. There will be a separate post detailing those picks where you will have the opportunity to vote on the creation or post that you have found to be the most positive, inspirational or encouraging of the chosen picks. I will do my best to get the winner announcement from the last challenge posted as soon as possible as well.
Then, be sure to join us again on December 20th when we'll be back with our midway featuring more great projects made with designs from All Dressed Up Stamps along with projects made with images from Scribbles Designs, one of our on-going sponsors.
If you ever have any questions be sure to EMAIL ME or just leave me a comment.
We look forward to seeing you participate!
