Challenge #70-Opt. Twist: ENCOURAGEMENT...Midway

Hey folks! Welcome back to the Path of Positivity Challenge Blog! It is the third Monday of the month and that means that it is time to present the midway for Challenge #70.

As we are a unique kind of challenge blog, it is important for you to understand how things work in order to be sure you are eligible to win any of the prizes offered. Please be sure to check out the START POST FOUND HERE for the specific details related to this month's challenge, and you can find out all the general details you need to know in order to participate, by clicking on the 'Challenge Details' tab (located at the top of the blog). For your convenience, a summary of the most important rules can now be found in the right sidebar under the heading 'General Rules'.

Right now, it is time to continue with our midway. Here is a refresher of the details for our current twist:

Challenge #70

Optional Twist: ENCOURAGEMENT

This challenge, our optional twist is a focus on ENCOURAGEMENT. If you would like to challenge yourself, create a project designed to provide encouragement to someone going through a difficult time or to encourage someone to stretch themselves or go for a dream or any other situation where a little encouragement may help make a difference in a person's life.

In order to be considered eligible for this month's prizes, remember that general types of  projects/posts will not qualify for the prizes UNLESS they are also positive, inspirational, motivational or encouraging in some nature. Prizes this month include:
  • Three images from SheepSki Designs, our guest sponsor for this month, for a person chosen in a random draw based on all qualifying entrants.
  • ONE image (value of $5 or less) from Scribbles Designs, for the post or project that the team deems most inspiring of the bunch based on all qualifying entrants.
  • One digital image from Creative Bug Digital SnapShots for each person chosen as a DT Delight.

Talking of our sponsors...

Challenge #69 Top Picks: Voting Open June 11 to June 18, 2019

WELCOME TO THE CHALLENGE #69 POP TOP!

Hello folks! I'm sorry that I'm posting this a day later than usual. I got caught up with something else I had to accomplish yesterday and unfortunately ran out of time. Thankfully I was able to find some time today so it is time to present the top picks from the last challenge.

Since we had 27 entries in Challenge #69 it is time to get on with showcasing the seven projects and/or write-ups that touched the team the most. In case you are new and wondering why seven and not the typical three, four or even five? Any time that we have more than 14 entries, we have a top seven. We always strive to be a bit different over here on the Path of Positivity and this is just another way to do so. Additionally, seven is a spiritual number and thus right in the wheelhouse of the vibe we are looking to project; so, seven it is when enough people join in.

Thus, without further ado, please let me introduce you to the Top Picks for Challenge #69

Congrats Ladies...

As a participant who has been chosen as a Top Pick in this challenge,
you are entitled to a special Challenge #69 Top Pick Badge.
Please feel free to grab a copy for your blog...

HAVE YOUR SAY!

Now the really hard work starts. It is time for you, our readers, to vote for your favourite entry. Which participant most inspires you? Remember, you are not necessarily voting on a creation that was made. You might simply find what the person had to say in their post to be inspiring and optimistic. Please be sure to go and check out the entries first and not just make your choices off of the thumbnails. Then, let us know who your favourite choice is by placing your vote below using the Linky Tools feature. Once you have made your decision, why not go back and let them know how they inspired you.

 Good luck everyone!

Voting open for 7 days:
 June 11th
through June 18th

Challenge #70-Opt. Twist: ENCOURAGEMENT...June 3 - June 30

Hello everyone and welcome to the Path of Positivity Challenge Blog! It is the first Monday of a brand new month and as such it is time for our latest challenge to begin! Please note that this will be our final challenge before our summer break. We'll be taking the month of July off but will be back in August again with a brand new challenge. For now though, there is still a full month of positivity ahead before we go on 'vacation'; and don't worry, we'll add a post in July to remind you.

As mentioned in January, we've made a few important changes for 2019. If this is your first visit here this year and you'd like to read up on those changes, click HERE. You can find them towards the top of that post.

Since we are not your typical challenge blog, it is important for you to understand how things work in order to be sure you are eligible to win any of the prizes offered. If you are new to this unique challenge, you can find out the impetus behind why I started it under the 'Introductions' tab and you can find out all the details you need to know in order to participate, in the 'Challenge Details' tab (both tabs located at the top of the blog). For your convenience, a summary of the most important rules can now be found in the right sidebar under the heading 'General Rules'.

Talking of our guest sponsor...

We are very pleased to have SheepSki Designs join us as this month's guest sponsor. It is time for us to refresh ourselves with the details of this wonderful company!

http://www.imaginethatdigistamp.com/index.html
Hi I'm Andrea Norris, creator and owner of SheepSki Designs - living in Leeds, Yorkshire in the UK, working full time as a Management Accountant, currently working on 4 design teams and an obsessive crafter and creator of cards. I love anything arty. I've always drawn stuff, for as long as I can remember. In my younger days I sold a few watercolour paintings. I love creating canvases mixed media canvasses with flowers.

I finally found software I could gel with in December 2015. January 2016 a challenge team I worked on was short of a designer's images to create with so I drew some. I opened my shop a month later so I could sponsor challenges and give something back to the crafting world, to the lovely ladies who have supported me on my journey.

I've a Facebook group and blog where I hold challenges and I'm now starting to look at inviting guest designers.

Welcome to my world!
Andrea xx

Each of these designs has showcased the concept of ENCOURAGEMENT uniquely and splendidly and I hope we have inspired you. Be sure to go and visit each team member so you can see how her project further connects to the theme.

So what are you waiting for? Create a project and/or post that is positive, inspirational, motivational or encouraging in some nature and join our link up. How about stretching yourself by also opting to follow the twist?! While it isn't mandatory, we'd also love to find out how this month's twist affects your own life. Do you have a story to share on the concept of ENCOURAGEMENT? If you'd like to share a story about encouragement that you provided or received, we'd love to hear it.
