Hello everyone! Before I start I need to apologize. You will have probably noticed that the Top Picks post for Challenge #36 was not posted last Monday. Unfortunately, I became rather ill from a virus and was effectively sidelined off the computer for over a week. I'm just getting back on track with things and hope to post the Top Picks post later this evening if I can manage it.
However right now it is time to get on with the midway for Challenge #37
. The theme for this challenge is GRACE
. Grace is such an interesting concept and one that we often try to aspire to in our daily lives. Need some
motivation to get you started? Be sure to check out Pat's Pondering this
month (which you can find HERE
) for some words of inspiration on the subject.
Anyway, now it is time to get on with our midway!
Here are the watermarks and links for the wonderful images that the team worked with for the midway.
Julie used a couple of the patterned papers from this set and Katrina used
several of the frames, turning them into flowers...
Katrina also used a patterned paper from this set...
Finally, Katrina also used one of the papers from this set...
Suze used two of the papers from this set along with a quote I made...
We are fortunate and blessed to have the chance to work with all these
fabulous images during the midway. Thanks so much to our amazing sponsors.
To help inspire you down the path of GRACE
, check out the
projects most of my Design Team had the opportunity to create. Clicking on
the team members' name will take you to their blog where you can check
out the details for their inspirational creations...
So if you haven't entered already, what are you waiting for? Create a project and/or post that is
AND relates to the idea of grace
, provide an explanation of how your
project and/or post relates to the theme somewhere in your post or come
over and leave a comment with the explanation. Easy, peasy! You can enter our latest challenge by clicking HERE
I know that the participants would love for you to go and pay them a visit. Remember
we're creating a Path of Positivity to follow one project at a time and
we'd love to see you somewhere on that route even if it is just by leaving a
comment on an entry from someone who has touched you somehow with their project and/or post!
If you are new to this unique challenge, you can find out the impetus
behind why I started it under the 'Introductions
' tab and all the details you need to know in order to participate, in the 'Challenge Details
' tab (both tabs located at the top of the blog).
Please come back later tonight to vote on your favourite entry for Challenge #36.
Voting is quick, easy and painless so I hope
you will consider casting your vote if you haven't already. Don't
forget, if you leave a comment on a selection of the active posts from this month, you have the
walk away with a small selection of digital papers. Winners for challenge #36 will be posted next Monday if everything goes according to plan.
